Digital Media & Marketing Services All payments made for digital marketing, branding, content creation, or advertising services are non-refundable once the project has started.

If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

2. Web Development Services For website development projects: A non-refundable advance payment is required before work begins. Once the project has started, payments made are non-refundable.

If the client cancels the project midway, completed work will be delivered, but no refund will be issued for work already performed.

3. Amazon Business Setup Services Due to the nature of consultation and digital setup services:

All payments are non-refundable once consultation or account setup work has started.

We are not responsible for account suspension, policy violations, or marketplace decisions made by Amazon.

4. Teaching & Training Courses (North Nazimabad, Karachi)

For physical or in-person courses:

Course fees are non-refundable after classes begin.
